This is a good option, I couldn't think of a good name for the page though, that didn't insult the dresses ( and their owners)! you know that made it sort of sound like 'the page of dresses no-one wants"!

I sent out a letter yesterday to everyone who has had a dress up for quite a long time, giving them one week to respond. Their choices were to either reduce their price for a quick sale or remove their dress if they didn't want to reduce their price. I think that the biggest problem with dresses not selling is usually (not always) that their price is to high for the style of dress, ie $800 for an older style velvet dress just isn't going to happen.

I have had a few answers already, a couple of dresses were sold and a couple of owners will take their dress down now and try again later and one has reduced their price,so I have generated a few spots. Anyone who doesn't answer will have their dress removed early next week.

Removing the second photo of each dress also seems to have slowed things, today is the first time I have switched on my computer and not had an email from geocities telling me I have been charged for another 500MB.

Thanks everyone for your help.
Lisa.
