I know that feeling!

Dreamweaver has a template function, where you make one page with the layout, specify areas of it that can be edited (for titles, text etc). Then you make each new page from the template.

The groovy thing is, when you change something in the original template file, such as a layout, link etc - then every page with that layout changes, expect for anything in the editable areas.

Only thing is I can;t be bothered going through every page and putting it into a new template to do it like that. AND it adds tons of comments and stuff to the HTML, making page sizes mucho bigger.
