Go eat something. Rest your eyes they say every 20 minutes, but try at least every 30 to an hour. I know it's hard to pull away from the screen but your eyes will thank you for it. I have a habit of getting up in the morning, going right on the comp if I have to do something (it's in my room) and not going downstairs to eat until the noon or even after. Not good. So bring food to the computer area if you can at the beginning of your work. And water/juice. Don't bring soda, it'll just make you thirstier.

I bet we could write a book.
