Layout. Yay or nay?

Friends of Diochra. That's gone, period.

the.piper's.child. Shortening, and looking for a new name.

Information. Keep or Lose? Downsize it, leave as it is? I'm sure not going to expand it.

How-To's. You guys haven't seen the Dance Basics and How to Dance a Reel even though they're done, so I can't ask if you liked that or not...

Literature. I found a few older pieces from other people that are going to be put up soon. Yay or nay?

An Rince. Good idea that will never get off the ground. Gone.

Reviews. Really don't care about reviewing books and shoes anymore. Gone.

Arts and Crafts. Maybe condense into more of an "idea sheet" than a how-to. Sorry I deleted all this so you guys can't look at it...

Ashe's Shop. Retiring some dancers (like Beanie Babies, some of these ones... too old), might make a couple new ones, not sure. Staying up, but dancers will be featured on pages with a simpler format. What format, I don't know.

Webfeis. Don't get me started. ;) It's going to be superfly.

Joan Riverdance. ::whine:: I LIKE this idea. I just can't seem to get it started.

Dance Craic. Keeping.

Web Design. Keeping.

Networking and Yellow Pages. Cutting out the Yellow Pages. This place will be much smaller.


Some of this stuff... I just don't know how to connect it all together. Yes, Irish dancing, duh. But a lot seems terribly unrelated. Oh, well. We'll figure something out.

What would YOU like to see at Diochra? Did you like the interactive polls? Dancer of the Month is gone; never got enough submissions for that to be a priority. Putting basic updates on front page, then linking to updates page that will go into more detail. Adding a Front Page News page which will archive the polls, featured sites, etc. Changing the top red bar to be more adaptable to changes; "Home", "Updates", "Be a Part of the Community", "Email", "Guestbook", and "Link to Diochra" will be able to be checked from every page.

I really like my header on top but my layout finger is itching. I don't know if I'll delete it or not. It looks kind of neat without it there but I like my heads... and I like my layout without the heads. And my head is about to explode. ;) Hehe.

I really enjoy my layout, it's very useful and easy to work with. It adapts well to a lot of different pieces as well. And I lurrrve the red, white, and black very much. And I have that new Diochra mascot girl that Sandra of Ghillie Studio made for me. I want one for each section, like in a different position as it'd look great and connect the sections, but that's asking too much lol. Also it'd be kind of nice to know the sections that I'm going to be putting in.

I just have a darned itch. Maybe I'll play around... who knows, I just might end up with some actual linkware layouts to give away.
