Subject: Hello, I'm New Here

Hi! I'm Cheryl. I am 45 and have had an abnormal MRI for 8 years (demyelination). I had another MRI done about a month ago. The radiologist is suspicious of MS but, yet again, a diagnosis can not be made. My neurologist wants to re-do the MRI in 5 more months and compare it. So I am used to the "hurry up and wait" syndrome. Most of my symptoms are in the cognitive area, and fatigue. I don't have any problems with walking. But I do swallow "the wrong way" frequently and choke myself, sometimes in the middle of the night.

I have a question that I haven't been able to get answered anywhere else. Are "tingles" related to MS? Today I had another attack. When I have to go to the bathroom, I get tingles in my low back. I also was getting tingles (some sting, some don't) in my legs and arms. Today, the tip of my nose and my cheek were also tingling off and on. Sometimes it isn't tingles, but feels like something is crawling on me, always just on an arm or a leg.

Thanks for listening!
