Subject: Symptoms and such

I'm in hopes the lack of activity here is a reflection of good things for everyone this weekend.

I read about "banding", what is everyone's description of this?

Does anyone here "jump out of their skin" at the slightest experience? I find myself doing this more and more. For instance someone walks into the room and I respond as if I'm scared or been shot. I find myself responding unreasonable.
I'm not sure what to contribute these actions. This started about the same time all the other strange things did.

About four days ago I started to become extremely fatigued and acquired a buzzing in my right foot. My right leg is more heavy and stiff than usual and my ankle is very painful when I walk and causes a pronounced limp. Trying to decide if this might be an exaerbation?(sp?) Still haven't figured out when one starts and finishes. I constantly have symptoms, some I first had, lose some, and continually gain some new ones. I feel as if someone is saying, well, let's give her "this" now and "that again" she didn't get enough last time or we didn't break her, let's try again!

Think I'm thinking way too much tonight.

serya
