Subject: I jump out of my skin too!
In reply to: serya 's message, "Symptoms and such" on 22:39:13 06/11/00 Sun

Serya,
I can relate! Everything you wrote- it sounds like what is happening to me.

I jump at everything. It is so annoying! When it first started, I would even "jump" at every passing car while riding with my husband. (He found that a little irritating) It seems to have settled down a little, although I still am hugely jumpy. I wish I would have had a doc check my reflexes at that time. It would have been interesting to see if they were hyperactive.

I don't know when one starts & one finishes either. It is just the way you described it. Always bad, just various symptoms take turns. I like the way you described it better.

Banding: I don't know what it is. What I have that I think might be "banding" is tight muscles around my chest. It's just a thin strip around the right half that gets pulled & stings a little when I thake a deep breath.
