Subject: Hello?

Is anybody still out there? Guess everyone is busy. I have been extremely tired lately. I hate being this way. It makes me feel worthless....lazy...you name it. I don't know if any of you do this but I try to hide my symptoms. So when I can't do something or I am just laying around I feel like they are judging me lazy. Not too many ppl know about my possible MS and the ones that do know don't understand the disease well enuff to understand me and what I am going thru. Like for instance my church is having a summer social of which I am expected to work at. Well when they called me I told them I couldn't but she insisted I take a shift and so I finally gave in and said yes. How do any of you say no and make it stick without going intro great details about why? I am so frustrated and tired :(
