Subject: Symptom Survey:

I've been wanting to do a symptom survey of everyone in our group.
Which format would you like for me to use.... Ah, that is IF you want me to do it.

Email a list to everyone, have them fill it out & return it. I then will compile info & post the results (or email them)

OR: List each symptom as a separate post on this forum, & anyone who has any particular one(s) can sign up under it/them & add thier details.

Let me know what you think & I'll get going on it today or tomorrow.
