Hi Jayme, I have also read The Professional Pet sitter by Scott and Lori Mangold. I got it through Amazon.com. It's great as far as giving out procedural information, but really the best book there is is Patti Morans book that you already have. That book is awesome...read it over and over again. Also, this board should help once it gets going! Any questions you have people can answer. I haven't started my business yet, so I'm in the same type of situation as you. Everyone on the petsitting lists that I've found are really nice, and willing to help out. Good luck, your ideas sound great!
Katie
