Sounds like you might have a great niche there! I have found that the most important thing in getting started is to get people to trust you enough to let you into their house. I am in Calif.& people here are very leery at first.
But you may have an advantage right off the bat in that you have somewhat of a closed community. I think you could do very well! Good Luck. ~Sandi
