Hi Lisa:

Sometimes I just want to bob some clients when they come with these crazy scenarios. I have a few in that same category, I do insist they have shelter but it is still hot here in S.C too. I would not make the extra visits without chargin' them. Explain to them that the dog is stressed and unless she have relief from the heat you have to do a third visit, but charge them! They may change their minds and let her stay indoors. I have to get tough sometimes too, some client will push me hard and I insist or decline the job.
