I understand your frustration. But unfortunately we do not have the capabilities to police every home that is using a pet sitter and check out what their doing or not doing. If the clients aren't complaining then their happy with the service and it's out of our hands as professionals. I agree with Rita and do the same thing. It's important to me to keep the animals environment as normal as possible. I have even left the radio on for some pets that I will not see until supper time. I do mostly live -in sits so this is not a problem for me or my clients. We all run our businesses differently and as long as you are conducting yourself in the professional manner that you choose and your clients are happy that's all that should matter. I personally don't have time to worry about what the other guy is doing. Happy Summer!
