Subject: Organizing

Had some down time this week (YEAH!) & did some organizing & thought I would share. Would love to hear any tips or things you do to help eliminate stress!

Went to Wal-Mart & bought 4 hanging stack files which are labeled:

Biz (files for phone interview, 2000 cat/dog statements, 2000 horse statements--also keep copy of statement in each file)
Upcoming (Clients that are booked--helps refresh the senile memory)
Consults (Upcoming & 5 blank ones)
Horses (upcoming)

On each upcoming I tape a post it note with the days/dates & rates.

I've also started keeping 5 open consult folders with the following inside:

Copy of The World with copies of newspaper articles inside
Using your pet sitting service most effectively
Checklist for client to fill out
Pet Sitting Fees
Vet Auth
Consult Agreement
Emergency Flyer

I've even started using colors for different forms:
Checklist: Tan
Pet Sitting Fees: Baby Blue
Vet Auth: Green
Consult Agreement: White
Emergency Flyer: Pink
Phone Interview: Violet
Feedback Form: Darker Tan
Daily Logs: Tan

(Business Express was having a clearance on their color paper!!)

Any tips or how you stay organized would be appreciated. Any extra forms y'all keep or have filled out??
