Go ahead and add the late payment fees and send her a bill
by June 30.

This is why I have all of my clients pay me in full by the first sit. I too had a deadbeat client, and although it wasn't enought to take the client to court to get the repayment it has made me never want to have this happen again so I have my clients leave me a check or cash for me when I make the first sit.
