Pat,
Yeah-I learned the hard way when I first started. One of my first clients died and her family never did pay me. So, I too collect fees up front. But this was an unexpected,extra visit that this client owes me for now. Ticks me off. She seemed like such a neat person...like I said, maybe the event has kind of skipped her mind. I'll be sending her a bill way before the 30th. Like, TOMORROW.
