Just my opinion but, I think you should have a dedicated line for your business. I know it's expensive but it's deductable! When I was just starting out, I called several sitters in my area to get their input. There was one whose small child answered the phone,if I had been a client, I wouldn't have called back. I realize that this is not what you're doing. Whatever you decide just make sure it's done in a professional manner. ~Sandi~
