Subject: Doing something wrong?

Hi all,
I have been in business since Jan this year. I have done all the things suggested by others for advertising that I can afford(cards at all the vets, door signs, ran newspaper ads, handed out flyers etc.)My phone book ad dosen't come out till Aug. I have had several clients, but things are looking pretty dismal right now...I haven't had a call in a week. Am I doing something wrong or missing something somewhere? Or does this happen to most of us when we first start? Any suggestions appreciated!
