I started my business in Jan. 2000 and it has been very, very slow getting started. Things have just now started to pick up, with one regular client and another job scheduled to start this next week. I have had several calls scattered one the past few months and have done a lot of the same things you have (magnetic signs, flyers, brochures, bus. cards, etc.) I work closely with my personal vet, whose staff has been referring people to me. They have been great. I just think that no one has been going out of town until about now. Also, as I live in a smaller city (100,000 to 200,000), it takes awhile for the new trends to get here. Keep your chin up. It does just take time.
