Subject: Getting to know you?

Hi everyone!
I thought since this is a new board, maybe we could all tell a little about ourselves & get to know each other.
I am a former vet. tech. from So. Calif.& as I said in a previous post, I started this full time, in Jan this year.
I am still pretty slow, but I hope it will just take some time. I live in a "horsey" area, with a good upscale client base. Lots of large homes & golf course condos. I have ridden & owned horses, & had dogs, cats, fish, & various other pets all my life. If I lived closer to LA, or San Diego, I would surely be working at a zoo. I have had several "difficult" dogs for clients, growlers mostly. I like the challenge of making friends of them & I'm starting to think that maybe this is my niche, since these people seem to have a hard time finding sitters. There are several other sitters in this area, but most do not advertise & are picky about the jobs they take. Maybe they have just learned the hard way! I'm happy to get e-mail from any of you especially sitters from Calif. ^..^
