Apparently our loonatic that is lose on the board has the ability to use any IP address he/she wants to. I'm banning them as fast as I can however the board will remain moderated until he decides to give it up. His posts will never be made visible.

Also, for all of you that have emailed me wanting to know why you don't have access... turn off your anonymizer and you will have access. There are still a few out there that can use anonymizer, for the time being, but the mojority of Anonymizer users are banned and I will continue to ban all IPs that come from anonymizer.
