I felt the same way for a long time. I'll never forget the year my 3 year old sang an entire top 40 country song, complete with choreography and was beat by the little blonde boy who did an "Indian" stomp dance for 5 minutes on stage for the baby talent title. Adorable little boy, but if you've ever seen a stomp dance, you know why it couldn't happen in a real pageant system. That was just the beginning of the end for me. Now she tells everyone I'm just mad because my daughter never could win in her system. -- Air it ALL

I can tell you that I had heard that AYS would only crown girls that had been participating a long time with this system, but that was not true for my child.
