Let us do a little maths. 300+ girls at $495.00 through sponsors. $15.00 per ticket, plus video(optional)plus $75.00 if interested in Miss Photogenic.
The show started at 4pm but the girls had to be there from 3pm even though they had been there all morning.
The show ended a little past 10pm and these girls did not get any snacks. For the amount of money the pageant got, these ladies should have recieved a bottle of water, a sandwich and a piece of fruit. At the end, all that did not win should have recieved a rose or even a small trophy. The director never came into the room to give any type of comforting speech to the crying young ladies after the show. I just felt it was a little informal. Overall it was too long for such young 'ladies'. Even Miss Universe is not as long and drawn out as this show. Even some of the judges left for a little while and the girls were still coming out in their evening gowns :( ..
I believe by doing the math on this show, it is only for the money..thats right. My daughter loved it very much even though she did not win, there was someone in the audience that saw her and is signing her..Good luck to all of you. If you do chose this particular pageant. Make sure you have all you money 'cause if you are $20.00 short they will call you out of the show. That is right. Real nice people right...NOT!!!!!!!!!!
