HT (hawaiian tropics) doesnt use score sheets. They use YES and NO votes. Whoever has the most YES votes wins. that is the only system in AZ that i know of that doesnt use a score sheet. But i do find it a little fishy that the directors of GemStars tally up the scores up by themselves in a private room for an hour...good prizes, trophies and tiars though (with the exception of the 1 time they gave away plastic comb tiaras)
