Does anybody know an AZ pageant mom named CV? She called me wanting copies of my daughter's music for her daughter to use. Who is she?

This is a mom in AZ. Her daughter just won the Co-ed Sweetheart title for AZ so she won't be competing this year. Per Co-ed's rules she has to sit out this year from other competitions so it surprizes me that CV is looking for a talent for her daughter. She better keep looking!
