Suggestion number 1-- Don't let Debbie talk to the people so she can't gossip. If necessary let Angie be the only Director. Suggestion 2-- Run a more organized pageant. With such small numbers there is no reason that the pageant takes so many hours to complete. Number 3-- Keep the Director away from the judges table and the tabulating and just give her the results to read. That way she has to go by what the judges came up with. -- Air it ALL - Back & Better Than EVER!!!

They have lots of prelims but usually the same kids compete. Their prizes are awful cheap trophies, crowns, and toys. I agre Debbie is very much a gossiper and always talks about other moms. Angie is very nice and usually is not on the front line of running things.
