I say "Go for It"! Angie and Debbie have been working really hard to make their system fair and fun for all that participate. We no longer do GemStars because we are financially unable & no longer have glitz clothing but they continue to communicate with our family and treat us like gold when we come to visit at prelims. They are still new, this is their second year, so of course, things may sometimes get crazy but they always award nice and age appropriate prizes. The only comments I ever received were on how to improve our performance & I asked for their suggestions. I like casual settings so if they choose to dress casual, great by me but I do not like smoking either but I have never seen her smoke near the contestants. Hope this helps out!
