I put in multiple applications and did manage to get
the last Toso hunt. It helps to know hunters who have WMA
stamps but don't turkey hunt. Still, there is no excuse
for unused quotas.

Glenn:

I plan hunting Relay opening weekend as usual, but it will
be more crowded this year with the NE corner being gone.
There were a lot of out-of-state guys last year too.
