Now if everyone would agree with that we would be in good shape. All of the SOH hunts should not be a charged hunt, I still don't understand where the money from those hunts are going anyway. The land is already owned by the state so there is no lease, it is paid for by tax payers, so basicly the state is double charging us for using land that is already ours. I may have some of this wrong so correct me if I am.

I do think they should still keep a tight quota on these areas becasue they do have a better population of game.
