Buddy, i wasn't talking about the size of the ring, just the SHAPE. I wouldn't even want a bauble that huge, i just prefer that rectangular shape to a round, etc. So i'm totally with you, it's not the size, it's the sparkle. I love the way mine sparkles, it is my man's great grandmothers, so it's very vintage and means a lot for that reason too.
Also, "Emerald cut" refers to the shape of the diamond, has nothing to do with actual emeralds LOL I like the rectangular shape of the diamond, it's clean and contemporary. That's what an "emerald cut" diamond means, the rectangular shape.
I'm surprised, i thought you'd be pleased he finally decided to make an honest woman out of her!! hehe
I dont know, the only thing that sort of bugs me about this whole thing is the fact that the jeweler had to pipe up and put his name out there by letting the cat out of the bag. I mean, that's just so tacky. If they wanted the world to know, they should've had their reps announce it. So far their reps haven't even confirmed it yet! Meanwhile, the jeweler is milking this for all its worth for publicity, ugh.
