The Today Show is talking about how thin actresses are today. How Hollywood puts that presure onto them. They showed Angie several times when they were talking about this.

They go on to talk about the young models and women who have died from eating disorders searching for the fame these actresses have. Sad as that is, honestly, who can control that? Only the person who is starving themselves. Look to the eyes, that is where you see the sickness.

Oh and now classic, they speak to mothers about how to speak to their daughters at home. I realize there are abusive moms out there that are obsessed with weight, but, I believe the majority of moms and dads (in the real world anyway) encourage their children to be healthy first. Hopefully, the best way to do that is to live it yourself.

From my experience in life, I notice that women lose weight drasticly when they are unhappy. So, like I said, look to the eyes, they will speak volumes about the threat of their unhappiness and disorder to function properly.

It is funny to me because I work out everyday,(I am a walker) and I am at my ideal weight. But depending on what I wear, people will say to me, you have lost weight or if they say nothing, you figure, you look heavier that day. LOL It doesn't matter, if you take care of your body, it will take care of you and most of all, it will send positive energy to the brain and in the end, what one sees in the mirror is all that matters, no matter what anyone else says or sees.

So funny that they would run a story like this and then have the nerve to preach to those of us living outside of Hollywood. Ummm excuse me? I think they really need to have seminars within their own inner circle. Maybe involve a few Producers who support unhealthy weight in their women. *snicker*
