Sometimes my grandma (who's 89 years old, God bless her) talks about her experience with WWII, it really is amazing what ordinary people went through and what extraordinary lives they led. There's a reason why so many books and films are made on that subject matter.
This one is particularly fascinating, she should for sure write some kind of a memoir before she dies, Her husband wouldn't but that doesn't mean she can't. It will be a bestseller, without a doubt
