Wow thanks LBF for finding all of that and sharing it.
I remeber one of the lines in Fight Club was to be, "I would have your abortion" and Brad had it changed because it would of upset his mother. I think it lives deeper within him then he would ever admit. And why is that? Why is all of Hollywood so anti God and religion? Is it their code or perhaps Hollywood really is controlled by Satan? Honestly, wouldn't surprise me in the least. When they win awards, they rarely thnk God, but, they sure like to use his name at will, Like this,
""Oh God, I don't want to do this. It'll break my mom's heart. We're very tight, and we've spent a lot of hours talking about this. I think it would break her heart to have it floating around out there, like garbage."
I think religion is more a part of him than he would ever be willing to admit. He feels it stifles any kind of personal individual freedom. I do understand where he is coming from with that, but, I don't believe that is what religion is meant to be. Just because it is his interpritation of it growing up strict Southern Baptist. But,faith and religion are here to guide us to live free and appreciate the amazing gifts we have been given.To give thanks for all that we are fortunate for in life. Just yesterday on my way to work, the sun was rising in the sky and it was a beauty that nothing in this world of material items could compete with. The beauty of the colorful rays that shot down from the heavens made me want to fall to my knees and praise the Lord for allowing me the eye sight to witness it. It inspires me in my work. To be in touch with it and all the blessings God gives us. I wondered in that exact moment how anyone could EVER question Gods love and light that he bless's us with. It is a choice, to see or to go through life with blinders on. In Hollywood it seems to be forbidden to speak out about God and all that he bestows upon us. Maybe they don't have the same view for life. Maybe it is earsed to start a new when they become famous. I don't believe that to be true for Brad no matter what he says. His strong roots run too deep. His base is strong. And I beleive, if anything really devisating happened to him in life, he would find his strength from his strong base which gives him a major advantage over most of the others in his inner Hollywood circle. I feel sympathy for him that he doesn't see it to be true or defend it as such. But, that is what life is about, we live and learn. Everyone has to choose their own path. For me, with age, I hold onto my faith and beliefs with everything within me because life doesn't get any easier as we lose those we love so much. For me, to survive it is the belief that we shall meet again. That we follow what comes from within us so we share the same destination in the end. I believe that to be true without a doubt in my mind. The life and love lives on and we will reunite with those we shared love with in life if we follow what comes from deep within us.To me that is salvation of dealing with any heartache we deal with in life. So to hear these celebrities diss religion or say it isn't for them, says to me is they have a different destination. And that is fine. But, it is bothers more than just a little that they express openly how they feel it is a silly notion or not something they have any belief in. I feel it doesn't do anyone any good and may add doubt for those who do embrace it to deal with hardships. It is so very smug coming from any celebrity, especially with the manner that they live their life like they are somehow flying a little higher than the rest of us because of their wealth and fame. Like i said, without guidelines in this life, they won't ever be able to fly completely free in eternal life. I for one wouldn't sacrifice that for anyone or anything here on Earth, I believe we are sent her to understand the power of God and the hardships and pain that we must feel to truly appreciate the enternal life that follows. A life without pain and hardships and wealth and fame won't get them any closer to the gates of heaven. And, that is their choice, only, I disapprove of the manner that they speak out about it and attempt to put doubt in those people who are searching for it in life. If it works for them fine, but for the innocent people who maybe are lost and looking for it, their words could lead them astray from it. I think if that is the manner that they believe, they should just live their lifes and keep silent about it. Making a statement about how they didn't need it to gain success in life doesn't do this world any good. But, I suppose we are finding out that corruption and greed and life without guidelines will no longer be tolerated. People are being exposed for it as we are witnessing first hand in these times of trouble. For me, i hold onto my faith tightly through these times and know, that God has it all under control and what will be, will be. It brings me great comfort and I know, I have been placed here for a reason through these troubled times. IThat is why I say, I wish celebrity would sit down and shut up about their personal beliefs. They don't speak for the majority ever so their words can do more damage than to help this world find a peaceful place because they feel they are so far above it. Only in the end will they understand so in the meantime, when they speak out about such things, they don't do anything but clip their own wings. I care enough about Brad to be vocal about it. But, he is so extreme the other way since hooking up with "dark girl" It saddens me so much that he would follow her into the darkness and take those children along with him. Call me judgemental if you wish, but, from where I sit, that is the direction I see him taking and openly bragging about it. From my point of view, makes him look like a damn fool. But, like I said, what will be will be....
That is my preaching for the day, being Sunday, I feel I am entitled. Take it as you wish, it comes from the heart.
