In reply to: Gina 's message, "Ugg look at Brad now..." on 13:30:46 09/23/08 Tue

1st of all he's filming a Japanese commercial, this isn't an "everyday get up", he;s getting paid 1 million dollars to wear that & it's an homage to a clasic French comedy of the 1950's "Die Ferien des Monsieur Hulot"

2nd of all, Jolie has nothing to do with this, so why even bring up her name.

Now to get to the bigger point: "Obviously, his best looking days appear to be behind him. I would of hoped Brad would of aged more gracefully and with dignity, all hope is lost for that."

You keep asking why Brad is more vocal about political things like the "gay marraige" thing, and his desire for a family, it's BECAUSE his looks are fading! Now you & i may think Brad is talented, but most people just viewed him as a dumb, good looking, bad actor. Most people who were fans viewed him as a piece of meat to get thier panties wet, and once your looks fade those people have no more use for you.

I want you to read this whole interview from Brad in 2001

http://www.fortunecity.co.uk/madchester/rave/118/text.htm

But i want to point out 1 piece of it here:

[On the other hand, Pitt said he is aware that fame is fleeting.

Brad - "I figure I've got about five strong years, seven tops. I'm still at a viable age, but I'm hitting the cusp."]

Do the math: "Seven years left" in 2001, means he thinks his career will be over in 2008.

And here's another interview in 2004 in which he says he has four years left.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/arts/main.jhtml?xml=/arts/2004/05/04/bfbrad04.xml

"He certainly doesn't look it, but Brad Pitt considers himself an old man in film-star years. With his 40th birthday looming, he has, he estimates, another four years to make films, sign autographs and dodge the paparazzi before focusing on other things that are claiming his attention, such as devoting more time to his hobby of architecture and starting a family"

Again "Four years left in 2004", means he thinks his career will be over in 2008.

What year is it?...2008.

The man knows his looks are going (30 years of smoking, bad hygine, too much tanning, massive marijuana usuage will do that to you...) and he's trying to re-invent himself, change his image from "good looking himbo" to "family man, philanthropist, do-gooder."

Unfortunatly for Brad i think he underestimed the impact of the internet, and all his ex-wife's psychotic fans who continuously try to tear him down because he didn't want to be married to that useless boring b!tch anymore.
