The statement you refer to means not the general public. I don't know how much clearer I can make this- the CFL is open to every qualified fighter (with or without gym/trainer/management). Yes, we are planning on having an event in April, but that is not all that we are about. As the CFL grows I want it to be a place for fighters to go to find then trainer/manager/gym/event that they are looking for, managers can find fighters that are in need of their services, promoters can go to find a list of qualified fighters who fight out of a large selection of schools/gyms/teams and fans can go to learn more about the greatest MMA fighters around. And as far as you not getting a list yet, that is because the draft is not til Mar 21 & 22. So I will not have a list of fighters until after then.
