Subject: Yes, but the liquidators seem to be claiming that, regardless of their contract with us, AutoModena then acted as principal in placing the orders with the dealers. Has anyone got any info on the relationship between AutoModena and the dealers which would shed light on this? Someone said that their car had been ordered in their name. How did you find this out? Have you seen the original order?
In reply to: 's message, "As far as we are concerned Automodena acted as agents/brokers that is the contract with us." on 13:53:37 02/04/02 Mon
