Yes, but the liquidators seem to be claiming that, regardless of their contract with us, AutoModena then acted as principal in placing the orders with the dealers. Has anyone got any info on the relationship between AutoModena and the dealers which would shed light on this? Someone said that their car had been ordered in their name. How did you find this out? - In that case you seem to be in luck. I don't see how the liquidators can lay any claim to any money that might have found its way to the dealer and you ought to be able to proceed with the transaction.
