Subject: Police Investigation still ongoing

I have just been notified of newspaper articles which may give the impression that the investigation into Auto Modena will not result in criminal charges. The investigation is still being actively persued and all that has happened is that the Directors have been released from bail. This is to allow further enquiries to be carried out which may result in a criminal prosecution in due course. There is no change to the diligence being exercised in this investigation.
