Subject: Credit cards

A further addition to my case. I asked Barclaycard to help me in accordance with Top gear's advice and the office of fair trading. I tried to pay by credit card and asked them to cover me. They raised my credit limit but when it all went tits up I soon discovered the CC act section 75. Because I used a credit card cheque there is only two parties involved. The credit card and me. This is the opinion of even the ombudsman. I and everyone I have asked where unaware of this "two party" rule regarding cheques which Barclaycard say can be used for "almost everything".
Thus even the Which legal service say they are not liable.
If you have heard of this opt out clause and undertand please let me know. Post something on this forum or perhaps some you know of somewhere more appropriate?
Please let me and Barclaycard know what you think.
Seems fraud by others has to be paid for by honest people who ask them for help and all we get is very big bills and interest charges!!!
Should I set up a new site?
