BDO Stoy Hayward told me that if the checks were payable to Automodena there is a good chance that Automodena acted as principals and not agents.
Then again, as somebody else said on here, if Automodena had acted as principals and cannot complete their orders, then they are in breach of contract and should loose the deposit placed with dealers on the continent.
Where does this leave us????
Hopefully the delaers would let us complete the transactions??
