Subject: Overlooked?

It's still a bit early to name award winners for the season, but has any manager in baseball done a better job with less than Mike Hargrove in Baltimore? They have been around .500 seemingly forever, and they've done it all with youth, role players and castoffs. They've already surpassed last seasons power numbers, and have gotten great results from a young, patchwork staff. The only thing he hasn't had success with is getting press time, but at this rate, that's coming soon too.
