Subject: 2 Questions for JP

JP, the Pardes have been mentioned twice recently, and since I had 2 questions, I thought I would ask you, the person in the world who knows more about them than anyone, including Tony Gwynn lol.
These two are actually pretty simple I think. The first is that the Rangers are looking for a new broadcaster, and current Padres guy Mel Proctor, is said to be the leading candidate. So I was wondering if you were familiar with his fine work, or had an opinion on him.
Another thing I am wondering. I was listening to a show that was talking about the Boston Red Sox impending sale. One of the 8 groups bidding for them has aligned itself with Tom Warner, and will appoint him their CEO or some such. The guy saying this, mentioned that Warner shouldn't be allowed back into baseball after what he did to San Diego. So, I was wondering what it is that he did that was so bad? I don't remember anything, but it isn't like Padre news is just overflowing the metroplex.
