You get rid of these demonic spirits by commanding them in the name of Jesus. Everytime you sense their presence in you or around you, you:

1. I bind you in the name of Jesus completely helpless against me
2. I command you in the name of Jesus to get out of me and never re-enter me ever again.

3. I command you to go to your grave and stay their until your judgment time
