Hello and I also have these abnormal event that I have learned to call them incubus attacts and have had them for the last seven years....and to me this is even more disturbing as I come from medical family background....in my family....my grandfather having been a prominent physician and my father and brother dentist and I myself a psychologyst this is even more disturbing as I have tried to search for answers through many means...

It all started one day that I go for a walk and my sister in law's gay brother that used to live nearby....started telling me about this weird dream he had with his lover in turn........at that time he was experiencing a weird state of mind...sort of like a depresion and then as he relays the dream to me I felt that something jump on me....I felt goose tingling skin all over me but didn't give it further thought ...that night I dream that something is floating over me ....it was like guee jello typ of whitish thing and that thing was having sex with me ....I woke up to the same tingling sensation all over my skin.....from there on it hasn't stop....

Every so very often and it varies.....from a daily experience to a weekly to monthly and again daily......this things comes over at night and even when I don't see it I can feel it....and this all happens usually after I have this weird and scary nightmare and then I wake up to the sensation that this thing is in my room ...I'm not parylyzed at all...but I can feel it forcing with me to get into me....and although the sexual thing have change to it getting into me and sucking all my energy as the next day I am exausted as if I had not sleep at all....and my mind is tired and my thought are cluttered and lazy....

And you know the weird thing is that it started happening during the days as well.....if I was by my self in the house I started fearing this thing and then I would feel the presence and then the goose pimples all over me and then the next day I would be beat...

I also feel the bed waving......under me and the harassment was and is contant.....

I visited a psychiatrist firts to see if by hypnosis I could learn to fight this thing.....he did regression therapy which was interesting but didn't helped me much....and by the way you make reference to a possible connection to sexual abuse but I have never been sexually abused and still this thing happens......Ok this psychiatrist then refered me to a medium ...and she did several things but nothing seemed to work
and before that a friend of mine took me to see a psychologist and he performed an exorsism without really telling me and since that day I feel physically ill most of the time.......... and my ansiety level rose very high .......lot worst than before

Then I tried to do it my self but after a while I was exausted then decided to visit another psychiatrist friend of mine....and he prescribed me Lexapro an isomer of Calexa antidepresant and this seems to have worked the best although I still have some nightmares with the same results.....energy depletion and completely exausted the next day.....

The funny thing is that this thing is very strange....listen to this one time I had injured my back exercising and the pain was unbearable some times and one night I dream this thing came over and conforted me and passing its hand over my head......and the other day I was very rushed as I have been rehersing for days and days and weeks and weeks for a dance recital and for those days it left me alone...and the minute I finished with the show .......that night I had the night mares and the weird experience....weird!!!
