"Filly I may seem, but appearances can be decieving." Sculpted cranium is flung heavenward in defiance. She neither feared this mare nor would submit to her. She could tell that the mare was of royal lineage--but such things are given at birth, rather than earned. A king could be the worst one living, and a peasant boy fit to take his place. Swiftly, masculine frame rises into the air as she rears, long, slender forelegs striking out at empty air. Strikes are not intended to hit; she merely enjoys them. Vast, dragonlike wings shoot swiftly forth from silken sides, and trumpeting call of defiance escapes parted lips. 'Tis a vitrual dagger to the soul, enough to chill the blood and stop the heart of even the most brave and fierce of warriors. Swiftly she comes down with teeth-jarring force, and, glaring at the mare all the while through green-speckled oculi, announces: "My name is Nightingale. Friends I shall not harm, but foes beware, for the fierce Horned Owl is as much a bird of the night as the Nightingale." Immense size is unmatchable, made to seem more so by the fire and smoke billowing 'round her.

OOC: I'll try to get you her picture so you can see it.
