Oh man I have to confess that I broke my diet today.... I ate at Mc Donalds..... I feel soooo guilty... it would have at least been semi-ok if I hadn't eaten what I did.... GUILY GUILT GUILT>.... I had a med fri.... Med Shake .... and they have a new grilled chicken flat bread sandwich that I ate... I was sooo good... but sosooo bad... I am so naughty... but I guess I will just have to work extra hard at the gym to make up for it.... what can I do???

Hey, it's not too bad. At least you didn't supersize it:) Go to their website and check out the calorie charts to see what damage you did and then make up for it today. No big deal, it's part of life. Sometimes you are going to want McDonald's, and you need to learn how to work that into your plan. Actually if you ate really well the rest of the day you could eat that McDonald's meal without worrying too much. So take it easy on yourself, be good today, and drink lots of water to flush it all out. You are doing great and I know you can do this!!!

Ivy, don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes our bodies need to go off its diet, and if you had chicken, well thats not so bad. Just get right back with it, don't let this bring you down. Start a new day and just hang in there.
