the first thing you should d is find any bdy who want to break and if you caint im sure you well but if you cant starte on your self somebody well want you
(stretch to protect injurie try to get as flexable as you can its best)

1.you should work on uprock first listen o te beat watch people an get the move of them but put it in yourown style add from different peoples syle watch vedios be creative.

2.work n your sixstep that is bottom do the same with toprock watch people but add new movmint to it.try to makeit look like if yor floting.practice with some pads on your knees tell you get use to it.

3.the easy move to learn is swips get down then the the windmills the next move when you starte write back for advice dont know how far you are but write back for advice please breakin is a fun challenge
