well i know how to bboy,flip,everything so listen up.
put your feet together and stand half way on your tip
toes put your hands in a praying position.
alright now consintrate hard put your mind into it.
jump and throw your hands backwards as fast as you
can. by now you should already be done with my backflip.
trust me it takes time to do it so keep trying.
