y0 people, sup?

I recently decided to start breaking, tried some stalls and shit, fell on my head a lot.

I have been dancing (thought not breaking) for a few years, i do a lot of raver shit. But what should I do to start off with breaking? Stretching daily for a few weeks then starting to break? Stretch then break for a while?

I want to mix style with power. Should i just pratice until i can't lift my arms? Should i buy an instructional video?

Or should i get off this board and go start dancing =)?

any help would be appreciated =)
