My dad has been around and a great influence on me. We have done a lot of hings together and he talks to me quite a bit. I really have him as the main male influence in my life. I look to him to see how adults act and what they do for each other. He goes to work each day and I see how hard he works to keep things going here at home. He doesn't tell me he loves me, but he tells everyone how proud he is of me so I know he loves me. I don't think I would be who I am today without the influence of my dad in these years. I'm not sure that who I am is all that good, but if there is any good in me my dad had a part in putting it there.
