Subject: Help with adult Dispraxia

I've had a hard life up to now (on the inside) although now things are going well for me on the outside. I have only just discovered what Dispraxia is and that I have had all the symptoms of it all my life. I always knew there was something up and was always bullied and made to feel like I was just really stupid, which in my head I know I'm not but what I think and what comes across are two differen't things.
I also suffer from Panic Attacks (which I believe are maybe related to the Dispraxia) and am on medication for these, having suffered a nervous breakdown 2 years ago (I'm 28).
I am so happy to have now discovered that I'm not stupid, or senile, or lazy, or rude. But although I can now put a name on what is wrong with me, I am concerned that there doesn't seem to be any cure at the moment and wondered if there was anything anyone has either been prescribed or done that helps??? Any suggestions would be more than welcome. Many thanks and looking forward to your response xx
